Jay Suta

As a Senior Associate at Frequency, Jay is an expert at delivering infrastructure projects as a project and programme manager. He oversees the project scope end-to-end, from design through to procurement, construction and commissioning.

Jay has over 13 years’ experience in managing projects across large-scale transport, water infrastructure, treatment plant and geothermal projects. Having managed projects from the perspectives of a client, contractor, and consultant, his scope is reliably broad as well as deep.

With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management, Jay has the ideal background to deliver complex multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
