Paddy Neill

As a Senior Associate at Frequency, Paddy is a highly experienced senior project manager. His experience ranges from land acquisition and development feasibility preparation, through to design, procurement, and construction management of projects. Paddy is renowned for being highly professional and fostering excellent project team environments. With a master’s degree in engineering management, and a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner, Paddy advises his clients on the best project delivery model to suit their circumstances by considering programme, financial, quality and risk expectations. 

Paddy has delivered multiple supermarket projects throughout the country, as well as large scale residential and education developments. He has assisted clients through various roles including development manager, project manager and Engineer to the Contract.
