Paddy Neill

As a Senior Associate at Frequency, Paddy is an expert in project delivery models. He liaises with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and suppliers to simplify complex issues, negotiate contracts, and guide project teams to a successful outcome, whilst highlighting the risks for each approach.

With a master’s degree in engineering management and a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner, Paddy provides accurate financial reporting and assured quality control. He ensures compliance with contractual obligations and client requirements, de-risking projects by closely monitoring construction reports and programmes.

Paddy has delivered supermarket projects throughout the country, as well as residential housing developments and school projects. He has assisted clients, such as Kāinga Ora, private developers, and the Ministry of Education in his roles Engineer to the Contract, Project Manager and Development Manager.
