Make change happen

At Frequency we believe in empowering our people to make meaningful change. By providing a stimulating and supportive environment, our team are exposed to exciting and challenging projects while working alongside exceptional industry specialists. This ensures that everyone, from Graduate to Partner, has opportunities to learn and grow, and further develop their specialist skill base.

What we offer

We recognise our people have individual and holistic wellbeing requirements which we support and promote through our wellbeing benefits framework and includes 5 weeks annual leave, 4% employer contribution to KiwiSaver, flexibility to achieve work life balance, and other rewards and benefits.

Be part of our team

To support the learning and development of our teams, we hold regular forums throughout the year. These forums bring together all of our teams from across our offices for collaborative learning and shared insights from internal and external presenters.  We also encourage all our people to visit our branches throughout the country, get involved with our social club initiatives, and attend our annual summit, where all four branches come together at a secret location for two days of team building activities.

In 2022, Frequency was selected as a finalist in the Westpac Auckland Business Awards 2022, Employer of the Year category. This was both a fantastic and humbling achievement for us, reflecting our commitment to ensuring our incredibly talented people feel valued and supported.
