“The tight-knit structure of our teams mean I am learning directly from the senior associates. From the beginning I was working in a management role on a high value infrastructure project in which I had direct input on the success of the outcome.”

Work hard play hard
A connected team is a happy team. That’s why we encourage all our people to visit our branches throughout the country, get involved with our social club initiatives and attend our annual summit, where all four branches come together at a secret location for two days of team building activities.
Our summer intern programme offers undergraduates who are seeking a career in the construction industry, the opportunity to experience first hand, life as a project manager.
