Jenny Wood

Jenny has a well-rounded skillset across advisory (including risk management, business case and P3 governance and process), project management, and contract management service lines, with interests in the transport, health, and open space sectors. Her key strength lies in her ability to think and communicate both strategically and methodically. Combining this with her practical understanding of project lifecycles, she has had notable success working with Auckland Transport, KiwiRail and the Northern Region District Health Boards.

Jenny has cemented her advisory standing in the marketplace over the past few years, through leading the development of Auckland Transport’s Project Management Framework, and their Portfolio, Programme and Project Governance guidance. She has worked alongside KiwiRail to prepare their Strategic Asset Management Plan, as well as the Progressive Fencing (to the Metro network) Single Stage Business Case – Lite. Additionally, Jenny has held numerous roles across various initiatives and business cases with the Northern Region District Health Boards, including provision of Risk Management services to the FIRP programme of work and preparation of the Single Stage Business Case for the ADHB Centre of Excellence – Health Infrastructure.

Jenny is Better Business Case trained, holding foundation and practitioner certification.
