Jenny Wood

Jenny has a well-rounded skillset across advisory, project management, and contract management service lines, with interests in the transport, health, and open space sectors. Her key strength lies in her ability to think and communicate both strategically and methodically. Combining this with her practical understanding of project lifecycles, she has had notable success working with Auckland Transport, KiwiRail and the Northern Region DHB’s.

Jenny has cemented her advisory standing in the market place over the last few years, through leading the development of Auckland Transport’s Project Management Framework, and their Portfolio, Programme and Project Governance guidance. Additionally working alongside KiwiRail to prepare their Strategic Asset Management Plan and has had numerous roles across various initiatives and business cases with the Northern Region District Health Boards.

Jenny is Better Business Case trained, holding foundation and practitioner certification.
