Auckland City Basketball
Frequency is a proud community partner of Auckland City Basketball. A grassroots, community centred organisation, making basketball happen in Tamaki Makaurau.
Basketball is the fastest growing sport in New Zealand and is only number 2 to rugby in terms of youth participation but is set to take over in the near future given it’s current rate of growth. With such evident interest and love for the sport, ACB are poised to embrace the opportunities that basketball offers to our community locally, around the country and on a world stage.
Women in Engineering (WEN) Sponsorship
Frequency is a Gold Sponsor of the University of Auckland’s Women in Engineering programme, supporting increased gender diversity in an industry that is male dominated. Several of our Associates recently attended a Q&A panel (see news story) to share their expertise with graduates on what it is like to work in Engineering and share tips for entering and succeeding in the industry. Through this programme we are looking to increase diversity within our team. Our Graduate Programme currently comprises a 60% female contingent.
