Volleyball New Zealand Sponsorship

Frequency is a proud sponsor of Volleyball New Zealand and over the past two years have been excited to see how the sport has grown, with the Frequency Regional Training Centres (RTCs) able to offer a strong development pathway with quality coaching and athlete development.

The Frequency RTCs were created to give athletes more training time with and against each other, creating a high-quality competitive training environment in which athletes would grow their understanding of performance. The RTCs also serve to eliminate some of the cost associated with volleyball training by creating regional training hubs which are more accessible to many of the athletes.

An endeavour which echoes our core values of teamwork, agility, understanding, and leadership, Frequency are delighted to be able to support youth right across the country by sponsoring the Regional Training Centres. Volleyball is now the 4th largest secondary school sport in New Zealand, having had a 26% growth rate in the past year to reach over 22,000 young people.

Women in Engineering (WEN) Sponsorship

Frequency is a Gold Sponsor of the University of Auckland’s Women in Engineering programme, supporting increased gender diversity in an industry that is male dominated. Several of our Associates recently attended a Q&A panel (see news story) to share their expertise with graduates on what it is like to work in Engineering and share tips for entering and succeeding in the industry. Through this programme we are looking to increase diversity within our team. Our Graduate Programme currently comprises a 60% female contingent.
