Training on the job

The Frequency Graduate Programme will lay the foundation for your professional and personal growth. It will provide the many skills you will need to thrive in the construction industry while providing a greater understanding of the impact of your work and decisions on others.

Designed to provide you with real-world experience, our two-year rotational programme will give you the opportunity to impact some of our nations most critical infrastructure and construction projects, while also enabling you to determine where your passion lies.

Mentored by experienced industry leaders within Frequency, along with other learning and development activities, we will work closely with you to expand and grow your skills, and develop clear career goals.

We offer a competitive salary, five weeks annual leave, and other great benefits and rewards.
