The Frequency Graduate Programme

Designed to provide hands-on experience, our two-year rotational programme will give you the opportunity to gain practical skills and impact some of our nations most critical infrastructure and construction projects.

Mentorship. Learn from our experienced industry leaders within Frequency. You will benefit from working closely within our project teams to expand and grow your skills, as you define clear career goals.

Learning and development. Participate in various learning and skill development forums tailored to support the continuous growth of both hard and soft skills. We’re committed to supporting your ongoing professional development.

Experience our workplace culture

At Frequency, we prioritise a culture centered on collaboration and a commitment to ethical and environmental practices. Inclusivity is important to us. There is no noticeable hierarchy within our workplace environment. We work in open-plan offices where there are no separate offices for partners or senior team members. Our dedication to creating a supportive professional culture is also reflected in our forums, social club initiatives, and annual team conference, The Summit, all with the intention of bringing our teams together.

Nationwide Presence. We invite all team members to visit our offices nationwide and connect with our Frequency teams.

The Frequency Summit. This annual tradition is a celebration of our shared values, growth, and unity.  We bring together our five offices from across Aotearoa for a two-day conference and use this opportunity to feature presentations from both external and internal speakers, covering essential topics on health and wellbeing and industry topics, along with fun team building activities.
