A qualified engineer, Fraser started his project management career in Australia’s resources sector and now leads the Frequency South Island team, based in Christchurch. The team is delivering a diverse range of projects, including for the Ministry of Education, KiwiRail, Kāinga Ora, Christchurch City Council, Air New Zealand and CentrePort. Fraser has over 20 years’ experience and is a practised project professional with design, construction, commercial, business improvement, procurement and large-scale complex infrastructure project delivery capability.
Fraser is also Frequency’s Marine sector lead, in charge of developing a programme of infrastructure projects for CentrePort. As a senior project manager, he spearheaded the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of KiwiRail’s $75 million Christchurch Mechanical Redevelopment programme from 2015.
Fraser draws upon his skill set of leading teams and stakeholder management at senior levels complemented with strong commercial and strategic skills to ensure business continuity in complex operating environments.
