Steve Wickham

Steve is an experienced Project and Development Manager with a design background and extensive expertise in large-scale seismic, engineering, and construction projects across New Zealand. With over a decade of industry experience, Steve has a comprehensive understanding of commercial projects throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, including design, construction, planning, methodology, and health and safety.

He has served as Engineer to Contract, Engineers Representative and Senior Project Manager for clients including the Ministry of Education, Precinct Properties, and Foodstuffs North Island. Demonstrating an excellent track record, Steve excels in leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams through all project phases, from feasibility to commissioning and handover.

Steve’s proactive approach focuses on meticulous risk management, capitalising on opportunities, and fostering a positive team culture, ensuring the successful delivery of every project.
