Polly Hall

Polly is a highly experienced project manager with a broad technical knowledge gained over 20 years in the construction sector. Originally from the UK, Polly spent her initial 18 years as a project manager, project engineer and design management roles in large scale hi-rise Commercial, Aviation and Healthcare sectors and more recently in New Zealand in the Education, Housing, Local Government and Logistics and Commercial sectors.

Polly has strong stakeholder management skills and is competent in developing client scopes and briefs, managing procurement, design management, project management and contract management through the full project lifecycle. Polly also performs the Engineer to the Contract role across her client portfolio.
