Michael Holloway

With over three decades of international experience in property fund management, portfolio investment, and asset management, Michael has cultivated a deep expertise working with diverse clients across a spectrum of sectors and markets.

Michael’s extensive leadership background includes roles as General Manager for GE Real Estate, Trust Management, Vinta Funds Management and Kiwi Property. He is also recognised for his governance work with Property Council NZ Auckland Branch (Chair), Caughey Preston Trust (Trustee), Smith & Caughey Holdings (Director), Mount Wellington Trust Hotels Limited (Director), Dilworth Trust Board Property Committee (Independent Member) and Te Wānanga o Aotearoa Investment Committee (Independent Member).

In his current role as Head of the Strategic Property Advisory Team, Michael supports Frequency’s clients in establishing and executing property strategies to identify land and property opportunities that realise capital, or create annuity income, as a lower cost source of funding for investment into the client’s purpose.
