Michael Holloway

With over three decades of international experience in property fund management, portfolio investment, and asset management, Michael has cultivated a deep expertise working with diverse clients across a spectrum of sectors and markets.

Michael’s extensive leadership background includes roles as a former General Manager for multiple entities and Chair of the Property Council NZ Auckland Branch. Additionally, he serves as a Trustee/Director of various trusts and companies. In his current capacity as Head of the Strategic Property Advisory Team, Michael helps Frequency’s clients to establish and execute property strategies to drive financial outcomes while fostering positive community impact.
