Daniel is a Programme Controls Specialist with 15 years of experience in project delivery. His expertise includes cost management, scheduling, risk analysis, and business process improvement. With degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Commerce, he has successfully leveraged his knowledge to lead and implement industry best practices across major infrastructure and capital works programs.
Daniel has worked internationally, including in the UK, where he held cost management roles at Mace Group and VolkerFitzpatrick. He also spent time in San Francisco as a Project Controls Manager, working on the $7.4 billion Ascent Capital Improvement Programme at San Francisco International Airport.
Now based in Auckland, Daniel continues to support large-scale infrastructure projects, providing strategic leadership in programme controls and project governance for a number of New Zealand’s largest infrastructure organisations.
