Jenny started her career as a Landscape Architect for the largest landscape design-build company in New Zealand (Natural Habitats). After six years, she joined the Auckland Council Community Facilities team where she worked on a variety of projects as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager for four years.
Since joining Frequency in 2017, Jenny has divided her time between our four main service line before recently settling into the Advisory space where she is using her exceptional skills working alongside Auckland Transport, writing and developing an Enterprise Project Management Framework.
Going from strength to strength over three years in the business, Jenny was promoted to Senior Associate in 2020.
I’m very motivated by knowing that the end results of projects that I deliver is going to have a positive impact on the end users. I love thinking about the details and then seeing the benefit that they add to the end output. Building relationships and expanding my knowledge on every single project that I work on is an amazing opportunity and keeps me coming back for more.
Outside of work, I really enjoy cycling, snowboarding and working around our property. Cycling provides fitness, fun, plenty of coffee stops and a great social circle, while snowboarding is a winter hobby which I love – you can’t beat a good day on the mountain! In regards to working around our property – my background is as a Landscape Architect, so I have a natural interest in improving our environment – whether it’s on a large scale or on a small residential scale at home!
