Tom Williams

Tom has more than 25 years of experience in civil and structural engineering design, design management and project management in the building, rail and aviation sectors. As well as advising Greymouth District Council on their capital works programme, Tom has provided support to both the Ministry of Education and Kāinga Ora.  In the UK, Tom held leadership roles in a transformation programme at the three airports owned by the Manchester Airports Group.

Alongside governance and strategy, Tom brings a collaborative approach to any project.
