We welcome Tim Palin to our Board

6 June 2019

We are pleased to announce Tim Palin as our new board member.

Tim joined Frequency in January 2015 and became a Partner in 2017. He currently leads Frequency’s project control services line which includes a portfolio of over $5B worth of capital projects including City Rail Link, AMETI Eastern Busway, Housing New Zealand, CentrePort and the Puhoi to Warkworth motorway extension.

Tim has management and construction experience in multiple sectors including rail and roading in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand. He has led teams on major projects from early outline design studies and option analysis through to detailed design, construction and commissioning.

Promoting Tim to the board is part of Frequency’s growth strategy to remain an ambitious and purposeful company.

“At Frequency, we are clear about the long-term role we can play in developing and improving New Zealand’s infrastructure and built environment. Whilst our ambitions for growth are strong, we need to do so responsibly and sustainably so that our clients, people and projects benefit from our long term and enduring approach. To that end, we are committed to developing the leadership of Frequency and growing our team with future thinking people.

Accordingly, it is with pleasure that I announce that Tim Palin has accepted a seat on the Frequency Board. Tim brings a wealth of knowledge, energy and experience from flagship projects and companies, both in New Zealand and overseas. Along with Dame Fran Wilde and Jonathan Barry, I am delighted to formally welcome Tim to the Board”.
