Frequency is delighted to announce Steven Smit‘s promotion to Executive Associate!
With over 29 years of combined experience in project management and project controls, Steven brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. His journey spans 15 years as a project manager followed by 14 years in project controls, where he has excelled in scheduling, progress analysis, contractor oversight, cost management, and reporting.
Passionate about project controls, Steven embodies the role of a GPS for his projects. He anticipates risks, provides early warnings, and devises proactive strategies to mitigate potential impacts. Where some see challenges, Steven sees opportunities, consistently driving innovation and efficiency. Currently, Steven is leading key projects at Auckland Airport, focusing on enhancing airfield infrastructure.
