Over the last decade, Frequency has continued to grow with the ongoing support of our fantastic client base. Since our establishment in 2011, Frequency has developed a nationwide footprint and a team of nearly 80 specialists who have worked on some of New Zealand’s largest and most exciting infrastructure and built environment projects.
With growth comes change, and in the background, we have been working to ensure the unseen aspects of the business are keeping abreast of this growth, including our leadership development and succession planning.
As such, we are delighted to announce that Tim Palin will become our new Managing Partner as of April 1st, 2022. Tim currently manages Frequency’s operational workstreams, responsible for all Frequency’s specialist service lines, so the move into the leadership role is a natural progression for Tim, who has been with Frequency since 2015
This is a considered, and well-planned succession and the board are excited at Tim’s appointment. He is an outstanding leader who exemplifies our values and is highly respected both within Frequency and the Industry. This is in another chapter of our evolution and a sign of our ongoing focus of being a resilient and enduring New Zealand company with a deep commitment to developing our country’s infrastructure and built environment.
I would like to thank Jonathan Barry for his leadership over the last 10 years. Jonathan’s journey with Frequency is far from over and he will remain both on the Frequency board as an Executive Director and will continue to work within Frequency engaging with clients and the industry as Frequency’s expert service offering continues to mature.
