We are thrilled, and equally bittersweet, to share that our journey working on the development of Rototuna High School has come to a close. This project, spanning over 10 years, began with our provision of property due diligence advisory services. We then transitioned into the roles of project managers and engineer representatives, overseeing the delivery of Stage 1 of the Junior and Senior High Schools, the sports stadium, road infrastructure, and most recently, the completion of Stage 2 which included a whare along with additional junior and senior high school buildings.
Our involvement with this project not only marked the opening of our Tauranga office but also served as our inaugural venture into the education sector. Congratulations to the Ministry of Education New Zealand and Rototuna High Schools; you now have a wonderful, purpose-built facility to support the education of local rangatahi, along with functional teaching and recreation spaces for kaiako, sports coaches, and other facilitators.
