Frequency was engaged to manage the replacement and upgrade of two critical stormwater assets on a lifelines corridor. The works included the replacement of two end of life culverts beneath Wolverton Street in New Lynn with top-down bridge constructions. The project required a close relationship with mana whenua to incorporate cultural values and consideration into the design and delivery. Frequency managed multiple stakeholders, including the local board and business communities and in a very constrained and complex live working environment.
