Frequency was initially engaged to undertake a review of the Talley’s Longburn site in Palmerston North and address a number of legacy issues attaching to the site and the potential for value maximisation and realisation. As a result of the work completed at these early stages, Frequency has been able to see the project through to its current position. The site is undergoing extensive demolition and civil works to enable the property to be used in the future.
