The 3.5km twin-tunnel underground City Rail Link is arguably New Zealand’s most transformative transport infrastructure project to date, doubling the rail capacity of Auckland’s rail network and connecting the CBD with south, east and west Auckland with a metro timetable and new stations. Frequency provided a fully immersed project controls workstream, along with risk management and commercial advice during the Pre-Alliance phases of  enabling works at Britomart Station and Albert Road.
