The City Rail Link is one of the most impactful and transformational projects ever undertaken in New Zealand and will reshape the way Auckland grows. The Development Opportunities Programme (DOP) is responsible for the urban development outcomes above and around the three new stations on land owned by CRL to deliver circa 200,000 m2 of exemplary mixed-use urban and Transit Oriented Development (TOD) outcomes.
