As New Zealand’s busiest airport, Auckland International Airport Ltd (AIAL) have ambitious long-term capital plans to develop the airside infrastructure to accommodate the future passenger growth. The AIAL capital works programme covers a wide range of projects, including redevelopment of the International Terminal and forecourt, a new domestic jet terminal and a second runway. Frequency was instrumental in the planning of project compliance functions across the programmes, managing the project controls workstreams and advising on commercial arrangements, with a primary focus on forming and managing the professional services contracts.
