Te Whatu Ora’s Facilities Infrastructure Remediation Programme (FIRP) was established to address the ageing infrastructure and assets at Auckland City Hospital. The goal of FIRP is to improve the state of critical health infrastructure, improving resilience and providing a safer environment for patients, staff and visitors. Frequency were asked to provide a team that would have the skills and capability to lead their ‘high risk and critical assets’ workstream, working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver vital new health infrastructure.
