Rototuna Junior and Senior High Schools serves approximately  2,000 Year 7 – 13 students in the new neighbourhood of Rototuna, Hamilton. With nearly 20,000m2 of buildings in addition to outdoor learning areas, landscaping and car parks, the campus, which achieved a 5-star built rating from NZ Green Building Council, has been futureproofed to accommodate up to 2,500 students. Frequency was engaged to provide full Project Management services from due diligence on the proposed site and master-planning to commissioning, acting as an Engineers Representative through the construction phase.
