Kāinga Ora is working to significantly upgrade and increase the quantity of its housing stock throughout the country including the Auckland Housing Programme, which aims to provide an estimated 10,000 houses over ten years. Frequency has been appointed as an Engineer to the Contract for this programme across multiple  precincts, including new residential high-rise blocks; infill emergency housing and suburban townhouse developments. We work closely with Kainga Ora’s internal team development and supply chain to ensure the ongoing performance of contracts and timely completion of works
