Mingimingi Hautoa Knights Stream School is situated in Knights Stream Park a recently developed suburb in the Southwest of Christchurch. A new school and a new community, Knights Stream School is growing with its students and community. Recognising the rapid growth of the area, planning of Stage II began in 2021 with the goal to have the learning spaces ready before the school reached capacity in its existing buildings.

Frequency provided Project Management and Engineer to Contract services for the Stage II project. Stage II brought 11 new teaching spaces, a new court and increased the roll capacity from 450 to 700 students. Frequency was proud to be part of the development of this school and enjoy seeing the staff and students enjoying their new learning areas.
