Kristine joined the Frequency Graduate Programme in 2021 after completing her Bachelor of Building Science Degree at Victoria University of Wellington where she graduated with a degree in both Project Management and Sustainable Engineering Systems.
A conscientious and adaptable team player, Kristine has solid experience working with a variety of people from a diverse range of cultures. This experience has afforded her the ability to relate well to people and build and maintain relationships. Always keen to learn new things, Kristine is enthusiastic, determined, and persistent. She is able to plan, prioritise and adhere to deadlines through her innate ability to manage her time effectively.
Kristine was recently awarded a Summer Research Scholarship in partnership with EBOSS, working on developing a software ‘wizard’ that assists NZ building product suppliers in providing code-compliant information on products they advertise in the NZ market. Through this and her studies, she has acquired a number of technical skills and has become conversant with the Building Code and various New Zealand Standards.
I’m driven by the extensive opportunity to learn and develop skills and building relationships with people. I look forward to experiencing a broad range of opportunities and discovering different areas of project management practice.
As someone who loves travelling and keeping active, I enjoy exploring different places – whether it be big or small, and like engaging in activities that are out of my comfort zone. On the days when I’m not away, I like to keep fit and stay healthy by either playing football or going to the gym.
