Daniel is a Senior Project Manager with 12 years’ experience leading, managing and delivering projects. With Degree’s in engineering and commerce, Daniel has the ability to utilise a range of competencies in roles ranging from mechanical engineering, business analysis, cost and project controls.
Daniel has recently returned from San Francisco where he worked on the $7.4 billion Ascent Capital Improvement Programme at San Francisco International Airport as Projects Control Manager. In this role he was involved in the Design & Build contract for tenant improvement work throughout the international terminal valued at $55 million. He was also responsible for management, negotiation, and processing of client variations, procurement, and budget monitoring for progress validation.
Bringing the experience I gained overseas home to help deliver world-class projects that will have a positive impact on New Zealanders lives.

I’ve visited 35 countries and have recently arrived home after living in the UK and US for 6 years. Now I’m excited to explore ‘homes’ back yard.
