Wensi brings extensive experience in delivering major capital projects across multiple industries, including FMCG, water and wastewater treatment, HVAC, and offshore oil and gas. With a strong engineering and project management background, he has successfully led complex infrastructure projects in both New Zealand and Singapore.

Beginning his career in the shipbuilding industry, Wensi holds a B.Eng and M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering. He has held key roles as an Engineering Projects Manager, Lead Engineer, and Engineer’s Representative, managing projects for both clients and contractors. His client portfolio includes Fonterra, Watercare, Aker BP, and Maersk Oil, where he has driven project success through technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and a commitment to high-quality delivery.
