Scott Bosworth

Scott is an experienced project manager and mechanical engineer with extensive experience in large-scale engineering and construction projects both in New Zealand and internationally. Scott’s heavy industrial experience extends to mining and resources, materials processing, ports and materials handling.

Scott brings a practical, hands-on approach to managing complex projects, shaped by a career that started in field engineering and progressed through site supervision and project management for large scale industrial sites.

Now leading Frequency’s Industrial Services line and our Dunedin office, Scott applies his delivery expertise to the front-end of projects, where early planning, accurate scoping, and risk management with the right experience are critical to project success. Scott is passionate about working closely with clients to understand their needs to scope projects properly, identify and manage risk early, and set up clear procurement and contracting pathways to support successful outcomes.

Scott holds a Master of Engineering Management and is driven by the opportunity to deliver projects that create long-term value for organisations and the communities they serve. He is also the ACE New Zealand Regional Chair for Otago/Southland, contributing to industry leadership and collaboration across the region.
