Paul is a specialist construction project planner with over a decade of relevant experience on large-scale UK and New Zealand projects. He manages all phases of project planning, from initial concept development and programme interrogation to execution and final accounts.
Key project experience includes Project Planner for a $325 million hangar at RNZAF Base Ohakea for the Ministry of Defence; a $700 million retrofit programme for Kāinga Ora social housing nationwide; IT and automation infrastructure for an Intel chip manufacturing plant near Dublin, as part of a €3 billion programme of works; a £2 billion A303 Stonehenge tunnel tender; and the Bond Street station refurbishment on London’s Crossrail network.
Paul brings a holistic, cradle-to-grave view to project planning, covering key contractual aspects, clear accountability and close risk assessment, as well as analysing the broader aspects of the programme.
