Martin is a strategic property/business advisor to a range of public and private sector clients and organisations. His focus is conception, planning and implementation for large scale urban renewal programs, greenfield development and individual asset repositioning.

Martin has more than 35 years’ experience in commercial, mixed use and residential property development and investment in Australia and New Zealand. He is a highly experienced Project Director and senior executive who has led the planning, establishment and delivery of many large scale and complex projects. Martin brings extensive experience in the conception, planning and delivery of major capital projects across asset classes from offices to universities, airports to quarries, and single sites to large-scale urban renewal programmes.
