With a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in International Business, Kelvin’s project management experience extends across designing and constructing hazardous chemical and fuels handling facilities that include; bulk tank construction, control systems, MHF compliance, and demolition planning. Kelvin has been instrumental across numerous healthcare projects for Frequency and is currently a senior member of the critical infrastructure upgrade programme, ASW11 at Te Whatu Ora Tāmaki Makaurau.

Kelvin is a values driven leader, with strong technical, consulting and communication skills and an ability to develop trusting relationships quickly. Kelvin is able to navigate large complex projects to achieve successful outcomes in a collected professional manner, bringing stakeholders with him and ensuring the project meets all the investment objectives.
