Jeremy is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Construction Economics & Management from the University of London. He has in-depth experience of managing NEC3 Option A, C & E contracts. This has included managing contractual communications and processes (EWNs, CEs, risk register), budgetary and cost reporting, assessment of procurement strategy and contract review.
Jeremy thrives on solving complex problems using innovation and creativity, drawing upon technical expertise and commercial acumen. He is driven by bringing the benefits of world-class infrastructure to New Zealand people, to improve productivity, economic growth and social mobility.
