“Isaac brings a rare blend of technical prowess, ingenuity, and hands-on experience. Isaac questioned the status quo and drove the development of significant cost and time saving designs and construction methodologies with the contractor which included initiatives that greatly improved the environmental impact of the project. The work he did to review the environmental, social and governance (ESG) requirements were precedent setting and warrant developing into a case study for the ESG requirements that are expected to become mandatory within the construction industry.
Above all Isaac was always willing to go above and beyond, to do what was right for all, and right for the project rather than taking what might have been the easy path.”
