Gary brings 25 years’ experience to his role as Senior Project Manager and Engineer to the Contract for commercial and public-sector property. He has worked in Australia, Singapore, China and Hong Kong and his sector experience includes residential blocks, mixed-use developments, hospitality, health, banking, schools and airport works.
Gary has particular experience in aluminium composite panel (ACEP) remediation, after supporting an Australian property investment company to rectify its entire portfolio. He also managed the redevelopment of over 1300 residential properties for an insurer as part of the National Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Program.
Currently leading the multimillion-dollar development of several schools, Gary brings efficiency and precision to all his projects, maintaining strong communications throughout.
