Emma Sangster

A professional engineer, with more than ten years’ experience, Emma has worked in both civil project management and engineering roles in New Zealand and her native Canada. She has strong experience in contract and commercial management including on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, as well as in an advisory capacity in the procurement of portfolio and enterprise-wide engineering services. 

Prior to her arrival in New Zealand, Emma spent eight years in an engineering role with New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure in Canada, managing contractual obligations across multiple PPP projects as a quality engineer.
