Bringing over two decades of experience in senior portfolio and programme management and leadership roles across predominately central and local government and the not-for-profit sectors, Emma has played a pivotal role in the design and delivery of a range of projects and programmes. With post-graduate qualifications in project management, public health, and public sector management, as well as a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation, Emma brings a wealth of diverse expertise to our project delivery team.
Driven by her passion for managing multi-sector and multi-stakeholder projects, Emma’s background includes significant experience in strategic planning, business case development, contracting and procurement and governance where she has supported organisations and teams in effectively executing their projects, programmes, and strategies. Emma’s unique perspective and skills make her an invaluable asset to our health sector team.
Beyond this, Emma is particularly passionate about the design, build and operation of community facilities, including the development of sustainable funding models, supporting community connectedness, and equitable access to quality experiences, which contribute to wider population health outcomes.
