Ara Tūhono is an extension of the four-lane Northern Motorway (SH1) from the Johnstone’s Hill tunnels to Warkworth. Undertaken as a Public, Private, Partnership (PPP), Frequency supported Waka Kotahi in the administration of the PPP contract and the commercial management of all the Agency’s managed costs. We established and managed the project controls framework  and worked with technical advisors to establish and manage the review process for all operative and design documentation.
