As New Zealand school network continues to grow, the pressure on our education infrastructure increases, accelerating the rate that new schools come on stream. Frequency has been working with the Ministry of Education to provide expert property advisory services for the acquisition of new school sites across New Zealand, from Auckland to Otago. We provide identification and selection frameworks for new school sites including risk assessments, landowner engagement and commercial advice on preferred sites,  allowing robust business case’s for the acquisition of sites and development of new schools.
