The $241m RNGIM (Rail Network Growth Impact Management) project is being carried out as a multi-year programme to upgrade the Auckland Rail Network. Comprising of three separate workstreams, RNGIM will bring the Auckland Metro Rail Network up to an international metro standard and facilitate the ongoing Asset Management. Frequency has been engaged to develop and deliver their Project Planning & Controls framework with the entire scope of this project being completed on a live and operational railway network.
