Frequency were jointly engaged by Port Marlborough and KiwiRail to advance the design of Port Marlborough’s Picton facility upgrade to accomodate KiwiRail’s new generation of ferry’s. The commission included advancing the design and principals requirement of both marine and land side works to facilitate resource consent applications and the procurement of the delivery consortium.
