Frequency was part of a team that managed the accelerated nationwide roll-out of 284 new ATMs for ASB Bank, to comply with new AML legislation. The machines were installed with minimal disruption and strict security frameworks in parallel with new signage and joinery. This logistically challenging programme had a significant stakeholder engagement workstream and detailed communications and controls frameworks to ensure the smooth operation of all moving parts.
