This is a well-deserved promotion for Kelvin, a highly respected and trusted project advisor. Kelvin has been instrumental across numerous healthcare projects and is currently a senior member of the critical infrastructure upgrade programme, ASW11 at Te Whatu Ora Tāmaki Makaurau.
Kelvin is a values driven leader, with strong technical, consulting and communication skills and an ability to develop trusting relationships quickly. Kelvin is able to navigate large complex projects to achieve successful outcomes in a collected professional manner, bringing stakeholders with him and ensuring the project meets all the investment objectives.
