Be part of our team

Promoting the ongoing learning and development of our team members, we hold regular forums throughout the year. These forums bring together our teams from across our offices, at a peer to peer level, facilitating collaborative learning and shared insights from both internal and external presenters.

We actively encourage our team members to visit our nationwide offices, participate in our social club initiatives, and join us at our annual Frequency Summit, a two-day event where all five offices come together for presentations and team building activities.

What we offer

Our well-being benefits are selected to meet the overall needs of our team members. We advocate for a healthy work-life balance, provide mental wellbeing support, and champion wellness initiatives. Demonstrating our commitment to employee wellbeing, we offer an additional week of leave, allowing our staff to recharge and uphold a balanced professional and personal life. We contribute a higher percentage (4%) to KiwiSaver accounts, and present flexible working arrangements to accommodate the diverse needs of our team.

In both 2022 and 2023, Frequency was selected as a finalist in the 2degrees Business Awards, Employer of the Year category. This recognition stands as a remarkable and humbling achievement for us, reflecting our dedication to ensuring that our exceptionally talented team members feel valued and supported.
