Last week, we rolled out our annual Project Controls event in Tāmaki Makaurau, bringing together industry professionals to connect, share, and deep dive into how effective project controls continue to unlock better delivery across Aotearoa’s infrastructure landscape.
Co-hosted once again with Mott MacDonald and Strategic Planning Co., the event highlighted new perspectives, practical tools, and case studies. There’s something powerful about bringing like minds together, people who are passionate about delivering better outcomes, who see the value in planning early, making sense of data, and working together to keep projects moving in the right direction.
