We are pleased to announce Tim Palin as our new board member. Tim joined Frequency in January 2015 and became a Partner in 2017. He currently leads Frequency’s project control services line which includes a portfolio of over $5B worth of capital projects including City Rail Link, AMETI Eastern Busway, Housing New Zealand, CentrePort and the Puhoi to Warkworth motorway extension.
Tim has management and construction experience in multiple sectors including rail and roading in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand. He has led teams on major projects from early outline design studies and option analysis through to detailed design, construction and commissioning.
Promoting Tim to the board is part of Frequency’s growth strategy to remain an ambitious and purposeful company.

Dame Fran Wilde
Fran was a Member of Parliament and a Minister in the 1984 – 90 Labour Government. She was subsequently the first female mayor of Wellington, where her many achievements included the development of the iconic waterfront stadium. Fran is currently on the boards of Te Papa, the Capital Coast DHB and the National Military Heritage Trust amongst others. She is also the Chief Crown Negotiator for Ngati Mutunga and Moriori Treaty Settlements.
Graham Darlow is renowned for his construction industry leadership and has over 40 years’ experience in engineering design, contracting and project management. He has been directly involved in many of New Zealand’s largest and most challenging building and infrastructure projects. Graham is a Distinguished Fellow of Engineering NZ and Past President and was awarded Safeguard Safety Leader of the Year in 2016. Previously he held general management and chief executive roles in Fletcher Building. Graham is currently on several construction companies Boards including the Homes Land Community Project Alliance He is also Chairman of PCG Downtown for Auckland Transport.
Jonathan has worked in the New Zealand construction industry for over 20 years. During his career he has worked on projects from conception to completion in sectors that include civil and rail infrastructure, commercial, education and retail.
After leading the Auckland team for one of New Zealand’s largest construction companies Jonathan started Frequency in 2011. He has grown the company from small beginnings to a team of over 40 FTEs that covers projects across New Zealand.
